CaptainAIQ is an independent tool that helps USTA adult league tennis captains set lineups, scout opponents, track standings, and coordinate their teams. This policy explains what information we handle and how. CaptainAIQ is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the USTA.
To run the app's features for you and your team: building lineups, scouting, standings, availability, score tracking, and the reminders and notifications you opt into. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS is opt-in only. We text you match reminders and lineup notifications only if you check the consent box in the app. We use your mobile number solely to send those messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies, typically a reminder before each match you are available for.

We do not sell personal information. Player names, levels, and records shown in the app come from public records and are visible to app users the same way they are on the public source. We use trusted service providers to operate the app (for example, cloud hosting, and Twilio to deliver text messages); they process data only to provide those services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep information for as long as it is needed to run the app and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.
